Mix all ingredients for the Chocolate Cake Chunks in a microwave-safe bowl with a whisk until evenly mixed.
Microwave the batter for 60 seconds until it is cooked fully through and resembles a cake (note that microwave times may vary - keep adding 10 seconds at a time until fully cooked through.)
Remove the cake from the bowl and cut into bite-sized chunks.
Next, place all of the ingredients for the shake/ice cream into a blender. Blend all together until the batter is very thick and smooth.
Remove ice cream from the blender and place into a bowl. Add the lava cake chunk toppings as well as your low-calorie/sugar-free chocolate sauce to the top.
