Mix the chocolate dairy-free, soy-free protein powder and sunflower seed butter powder in a bowl. Slowly add water to make a liquid paste consistency. Add sweetener if you desire more sweetness like Coach Greg.
Spread the liquid paste over the rice cakes.
Wash the apple and cut into thin slices, place on top of the rice cake.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
