Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Combine all wet

Combine all wet ingredients into a bowl and mix, then add in mashed banana, and set aside.

Combine all dry

Combine all dry ingredients into another bowl and mix, then slowly combine the dry into the wet mixture and stir until there is a smooth consistency.

Fold in blueberries

Fold in blueberries, then pour the mixture into the loaf pan.

Bake for 30-40

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool completely

Let cool completely before taking out of the pan, cutting and serving.
