Set the rice cakes on a plate.
Mix chocolate dairy-free, soy-free protein powder and sunflower seed butter powder in a bowl. Add water slowly to make a liquid paste consistency (add sugar twin if you desire sweetness, I like it sweet).
Spread the chocolate protein and sunflower seed butter powder mix over the rice cakes.
Top the rice cakes with thinly sliced banana.
Let cool completely before serving — GF baked goods firm up and improve in texture as they cool. For best results, rest 15-20 minutes.
