Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (400°F/204°C). In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and turmeric.
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush the herb-lemon mixture generously over both sides of each fillet.
Toss asparagus with cooking spray, salt, and pepper. Place on grill alongside salmon.
Grill salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes. Carefully flip and grill another 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F/63°C and fish flakes easily.
Grill asparagus 3-4 minutes, turning once, until tender-crisp with light char marks.
Plate salmon over asparagus. Sprinkle ground flaxseed on top for omega-3 boost. Squeeze extra lemon wedge over everything. Serve immediately.
