Preheat the oven to 350°F/177°C.
Blend all ingredients together in a blender (except for the chocolate chips.)
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray for 1 second. Then, pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely. Slice and serve.
